For a fingerprint or card to be linked to a guest in Yale Connect, it must be registered in the same position (ID) shown on the lock. This allows the system to correctly identify who used the lock.

After logging into Yale Connect, search for your group in the search bar at the top of your screen. Once you’ve found your group, click “Join Now” in the organization’s toolbar.
