🍝 One-Pot Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝 A lovely, comforting dinner that is simple to make and full of flavour. I used Quorn mince for this and it was so good, really rich and satisfying. It also works just as well with 10–15% fat minced beef, which gives an even deeper, more traditional Bolognese flavour. You can cook it all together as a one-pot meal, or boil the spaghetti separately and serve it with the sauce. Either way, the flavours in the Bolognese are beautiful and it is always a family favour
